Your Community Council has been invited to submit a bid to Aberdeenshire Council to fund improvements to the path network and amenities in Denman Park / Arnhall Moss; for a project that will “demonstrate a significant and transformational impact to the place”.
The vision is of a woodland park where all members of the community choose to spend time; whether that’s alone with nature, socialising, exercising, and/or commuting between one of the business parks and the town centre.
In this first phase, we are planning to add some 770m of new paths in Denman Park [illustrated below], resurface another 285m, and add two new bridges [one a replacement]. In Arnhall Moss we plan to widen 100m so that most routes there are up to a standard that will be suitable for all users of all abilities.
Together, we would like to get a better understanding of how the community currently uses Denman Park / Arnhall Moss and the likely impact such an investment would make.
Please click on the link to take the survey: https://weccsurveys.aidaform.com/denman-park-arnhall-moss-community-survey It should take no more than 5-10 minutes.
The survey will remain open until 12th February 2023.
Please also encourage others to respond. Thank you.

The survey has now been extended to 31st March so that any resident who has not already completed it has the opportunity to make their views known on the changes that they would like to see in Westhill and Elrick. This information will be used as the basis for our Community Action Plan which will help us to identify the issues that residents feel are important to them. The results of this survey will be published on our website and Facebook and if you would like to be involved in any of the changes that are identified please do not hesitate to contact us on planningwecc@gmail.com.
You can access the survey on this link or via the QR code.

Thank you for your support and we wish you a Happy New Year.
HAVE YOU COMPLETED THE WESTHILL AND ELRICK COMMUNITY COUNCILS SURVEY YET ?
We need as many residents as possible to complete this survey as it gives every person in both Westhill and Elrick the opportunity to identify positive changes that you would like to see taking place in the future. This information will then be used as the basis for our Community Action Plan to help shape the future planning in the area.
Don’t forget this survey closes on the 31st December and your input counts, the information to access the survey is on page 3 of the Westhill Bulletin and there is a QR code to use there and below or you access the survey at
