The Westhill Bulletin is a free quarterly publication that carries news about many clubs and organisations in Westhill and Elrick. It is delivered to over five thousand local homes and can be a highly effective place for local firms to advertise. Revenue is used to help fund the running of WECC.

Advertising rates are shown on page 1 of each issue and are also given below. These are for one insertion. There is also a £10 one-off charge for processing a new file. The page sizes are A5 (half of A4) but adverts don’t need to be the actual printed size when submitted as they will be reduced for printing. However the 1/4 or full page adverts need to be portrait shape, and the 1/2 and 1/8 page ones must be landscape shape.

Advert file formats can be pdfs, jpgs or Word docs.

Invoices for adverts are not sent out till after publication, payment is not required in advance.
Invoices are sent in post so please advise address if you haven’t already advised it. Advertisers who are not based in Westhill area get a copy of Bulletin sent with their invoice
