Residents are invited to take part in a survey on transport, including public bus services and other modes of transport such as car travel, cycling and community transport. Thinking about the journeys you make within Aberdeenshire or to/from Aberdeenshire, please let us know what is good about transport and what could be improved. Here is the link to the survey Aberdeenshire Rural Transport Strategy Public Survey (maptionnaire.com) which is open until Sunday 11 February.

The responses will help to inform the development of transport strategies for the whole of Aberdeenshire including rural areas.

There will be a public meeting at the Dunecht Hall on Thursday the 18th January at 19.30 to discuss the proposed electricity pylons project. It has been set up by the Echt and Skene Community Council and will be attended by Andrew Bowie MP.
