Most residents are not aware that parking in the service yard at Westhill Shopping Centre (i.e. near the vets) has always been for registered users only (mainly shops staff). This has not been enforced as there was no ANPR cameras in that area, but they have now been installed and are due to go live on 12th June. New signs have been put up.

It means that anyone who enters that area and is not a registered user will receive a parking fine of £100, reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of receiving the notice.

Parking in the main car park is still free for 3 hours. Anyone going to the vets should park there.
