Community Learning and Development staff have developed a financial capabilities course which will be running in Westhill starting on 27th September. The programme has been developed collaboratively with key partners including the Citizens Advice Bureau, Aberdeenshire Council’s Employment Support Team, Grampian Credit Union, NESCOL and others yet to be confirmed.  This will be a 6 week block and will focus on some of the following issues: budgeting, spending adjustments, getting the best deals for utilities, managing debt, employment support and benefits, how to start a savings plan, relationship worries, mental health and wellbeing – to name but a few.  The course will be on Thursday mornings from 27th Sept – 15th Nov, 9:30am – 12pm at the Westhill Community Centre, Hays Way, Westhill.  For further information and to reserve a FREE place – Contact: Ann Bothwell 07721119587 or Debbie Mackay 07881855608
