YOUR CHANCE TO HELP SHAPE £530m BUDGET

ABERDEENSHIRE Council is engaging with residents, service users, community groups and staff about its budget for 2016/17.

The local authority needs to reduce spending by £18 million — and is looking for input from the people it serves about service priorities.

Public sector funding is reducing across the country and some services may need to reduce or change to help balance the books. Others could be enhanced.

You are invited to complete a survey, feedback from which will inform the decisions made by Aberdeenshire councillors in setting a balanced budget in February next year.

The survey should take around 10 minutes. You are encouraged to share the link. Click here.
