Knight Property Group is pushing ahead with its Kingshill development in Westhill having been granted planning permission in November 2014.

The firm said it expected the next phase to be ready for tenants this summer (2015).

The units are being built on a speculative basis but Knight said the area remained “highly desirable” — particularly to the subsea oil and gas sector.
