Aberdeen Football Club is hosting a public consultation event for its proposed stadium, which has been earmarked for a site near Kingsford, to the east of Westhill, next to the A944 road.
The “drop-in” will take place at the Holiday Inn hotel, on Westhill Drive, on Friday, July 29th, from 1pm-8pm. Display boards will be on show and staff from planning consultants Halliday Fraser Munro will be available to answer questions.
A similar event is planned for the FourMile House, Kingswells, on July 26th from 1pm to 8pm and at the Aberdeen Asset Management Suite at Pittodrie Stadium in Aberdeen on August 2nd from 1pm-8pm.
Pop-up exhibitions are planned for the Trinity Shopping Centre in Aberdeen on August 3rd from 12pm-6pm, Aberdeen Central Library on August 5th from 12pm-6pm, and Pittodrie Stadium on August 8th from 1pm-7pm.
NOTE: Comments made at this stage are not considered formal representations to Aberdeen City Council, which will rule on the plans. If a planning application is submitted there will be an opportunity to make formal representation at that time.
