Free information sessions are being held on Thursday, February 11, for residents and businesses affected by flooding in Garioch.

A Health and Safety Executive (HSE) representative will also be available to offer advice around building work.The drop-ins:

* 1pm – 4pm, Port Elphinstone Community House, 1 Pinewood House, Elphinstone Road, Port Elphinstone, Inverurie AB51 3UX

* 5pm – 8pm, Kintore Bothie, AllendaleGardens, Kintore, AB51 0UT

Steven Donaldson from the HSE will also be available for questions about Choosing a Builder and Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).

The Scottish Flood Forum, which works together with key agencies and the voluntary sector, will provide advice, support and guidance on all aspects of flood recovery.
